About
I'm Stephen Wilson, a PGA Professional and the Director of Events & Partnerships at Five Iron Golf UAE. I work at the intersection of world-class golf, premium hospitality, and commercial growth in one of the world's most dynamic markets.
Based across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, I lead corporate events, strategic partnerships, and membership development for Five Iron's UAE venues: Dubai Marina, Business Bay, and our third location opening at Yas Bay Abu Dhabi in August 2026.
Before moving into the business side of the game, I spent years on the teaching side as a PGA Professional. That foundation shapes everything I do: a genuine passion for golf, a high standard for the guest experience, and the ability to connect with people who love the game as much as I do.

End-to-end event production for corporate clients at Five Iron UAE, from intimate client entertaining to large-scale branded activations. Dubai Marina, Business Bay, and Yas Bay Abu Dhabi provide the backdrop. I make sure every detail lands.

The Game
I grew up with the game. Qualifying as a PGA Professional wasn't just a career path. It was a commitment to understanding golf from the inside out: the technique, the culture, the way it brings people together in ways that very few other environments can.
Moving into the business side was a natural progression. The UAE gave me an extraordinary platform: a market where golf is genuinely growing, where indoor golf concepts like Five Iron are reshaping who plays and how they play, and where the appetite for premium experiences is unlike anywhere else in the world.
Whether I'm in simulator at Dubai Marina, at an EPGA Pro-Am, or simply playing a round with friends, the game is always at the centre of what I do.
